Michael Welp

Founder & CEO

Michael Welp, Ph.D. earned his M.S degree in organization development from American University / NTL Institute and his doctorate degree in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University. He has been leading global organizational change and leadership development work for the past 35 years.

Michael most recently founded Full Partner Leadership, which develops new emergent skills in leaders to address organizational challenges. He also co-founded WMFDP and FDP Global over 25 years ago. These brands all serve a common mission: helping leaders create partnerships and cultures where everyone thrives.

Earlier in his career Michael facilitated interracial team building with over a dozen South African corporations, in his work with Outward Bound. His decade of experience instructing for Outward Bound led him to a specialty of using experiential learning as a process to disrupt old mindsets and create breakthrough learning and skill development experiences for leaders.

Michael is the author of Four Days To Change. He is a TEDx speaker and is also the host of The Insider Outsider Podcast.

Mark Williams

Senior Partner & Leadership Strategist

Mark Williams completed his MA from American University in Organizational Psychology. He began partnering with Full Partner Leadership | WMFDP | FDP Global in 2018. His work facilitating organizational change and leadership development spans over 35 years.

Mark is known for his unique ability to integrate conceptual frameworks, research and diagnostics with web-based tools and multimedia in his facilitation work with organizations, teams and small groups. He is the founder and co-creator of Inclusion Insights, the cutting-edge digital learning platform that combines expert guidance, just-in-time tools, and networking for organizations. He has also conducted over 500 diversity training sessions for a wide variety of corporate and governmental clients.

Mark is a highly regarded thought leader, consultant, coach, public speaker and author of five books, including the best-selling book entitled “The 10 Lenses, Your Guide to Living and Working in a Multicultural World.” He has conducted extensive research in the field of identity and diversity with leading firms such as Gallup, Zogby, Harris and Survey USA.

Stephanie Dytham

Director of Business Development & Client Partnerships

Stephanie works directly with prospective and long-term clients to create partnerships that are meaningful and effective. After two stints with AmeriCorps programs, six years serving in public schools, and most recently eight years working with local businesses around sustainable business practices and social impact, Stephanie comes to WMFDP with expertise in client management around corporate responsibility. With a BA in History and a Masters in Teaching, Stephanie holds a deep belief that we can learn from our past and move to the future with acquired knowledge and tools to improve how we live and work together. Stephanie aims to continue to learn about the world through experiential and volunteer-based travel, as well as through the eyes of her two little kids. She bikes for purpose (to get to work) and runs for fun!
